So you just got your first pair of AIRTRICK electric skates. Now what? Most people go from zero to cruising in about 30 minutes.

🦺 Before You Start: Safety First

Always wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads. Find a flat, open space — an empty parking lot or tennis court works great. Avoid slopes, wet surfaces, and loose gravel.

👟 Step 1: Put Them On

Keep your own shoes on. Step onto the frame so your feet sit on the foot pads. Slide the rear ankle support against your heel, then tighten both Velcro straps — one around your ankle, one across your foot.

🧍 Step 2: Find Your Stance

Feet shoulder-width apart, one slightly ahead. Bend your knees slightly, keep your weight low, look forward.

🐢 Step 3: Start Rolling (Lo Mode)

Turn the remote to Lo mode (6 mph). Gently push the throttle forward. Lean slightly forward. Most people get the hang of it within 10–15 minutes.

🛑 Step 4: Braking

Pull the throttle back gently. Lean your weight slightly backward. In an emergency, lift your toes and the yellow stopper at the heel drags on the ground.

⚡ Step 5: Level Up

Once comfortable in Lo mode, move up to Mi (9 mph), then Hi (15 mph). The A1 Ultra also has Pro mode (20 mph).

Beginner Tips

  • Practice balancing on one foot while stationary.

  • Start and stop repeatedly before hitting bike paths.

  • The A1 Pro at $559 is perfect for learning.
